Femfillaz started as an Idea just after the COVID 19 pandemic. This Idea was conceived from the global reset of the Pandemic and the importance of digital transformation in a post pandemic era. We found it ironical that an area of high employment opportunity has the largest skills gap. Its on this backdrop we began to organize online and physical trainings on SAP and Oracle ERP in 2021. By 2023, we saw the need to create a platform for shared self-paced learning that can help bridge this gap.
